Refund Policy

If you have any questions or querires about your order please dont hesistate to contact us to discuss.

Please note that while we try our best to supply the flowers in our product pictures, supply is seasonal and we may replace unavailble flower types with a similar flower. We reserve the right to make these changes and will always switch for flowers of the same value.

We assure you that all bouquets leave our shop in perfect condition. If there is an issue with the bouquet that has been delivered, please advise us immediately by giving us a call and take a photo of the flowers as they arrived. We will remedy this with the courier service directly.

Perishable goods such as flower bouquets cannot be returned due to change of mind.

We cannot take responsiblity for floral deliveries that are delayed due factors outside our control such as incomplete or incorrect recipient delivery details, non delivery due to no one availble to accept the delivery, patients no longer at the hospital etc.

If for some reason you need to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately to see what is possible. Orders placed for same day delivery will likely not be able to be changed or canceled.
